It produces unique and beautiful products which can be handed down from generation to generation.

Venture Studios Maidstone is looking for Photographers! The job involves creating rapport and a fantastic experience for our customers, as you photograph them and capture their personalities, in cutting edge and creative ways. As well as photography, you’ll also be editing and retouching all of your images, and then showing our customers their final pieces in our cinema room. You’ll then guide and advise them, as to what will be best for them, based on their interior and budget requirements, so an element of selling is required – all be it very soft with no hard selling with training provided.

The role will offer you:

  • You will be invited to enter your work into the annual Venture Photography awards and if successful have your images represent the brand globally.

However, to even be in for a chance of interview you must:

  • Have at least 2 years experience in studio portrait photography and know Photoshop and LightRoom to a high level.
  • Be creative.
  • Work well in a team.
  • Have a “can do” attitude and great interpersonal skills.
  • Love working with customers.
  • Be great with kids and pets as well as grownups & Newborn babies.
  • Be a generally lovely person who likes working hard, enjoys running around after children and has a passion for what we do.
  • Be qualified to a diploma or degree level in Photography, Art or Design.
  • Must live locally to the studio location approx 40 minutes commute and/or a car owner & work weekends.
  • MUST HAVE Links to your online portrait portfolio for examples of newborn, family and pet photography in studio settings.

Experience:

  • Non-student PROFESSIONAL Studio Photography: 2 year (Preferred)
  • Some sales experience.
  • Experience with working with children is essential.

Location: Maidstone, ME14 1RF: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required).
