Our Team Leaders are an integral part of the services we offer at Venture People. Acting as the lynchpin for staff, clients and stakeholders they are key to ensuring the continuity and quality of the services we offer. We are opening up a brand new service in Eastbourne and are looking for a Team Leader who has previous experience in the role to guide a new team and support 10 new clients in the service.

You will be working closely with our experienced Service Manager to provide individualised support to our clients as they work to rebuild independence and resilience.

About the Role: You will be supporting clients presenting with various needs including mental health issues, learning disabilities and neurodiversity. You will be working with a highly skilled team led by experienced senior management and clinical staff including a Psychologist and Behaviour Analyst.

You will lead the operation of the site and be involved in the development and training of your team as well as supporting any recruitment needs. This will include one to one supervisions and managing the staff rotas. You will work with the service manager on new referrals and assessments into the service.

Able to multi-task with a positive leadership style you will have the opportunity to develop the Venture People ethos of therapeutic optimism within the service. You will be skilled in rapport building and happy to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
