About the Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night. This includes:
- Providing emotional reassurance and practical support.
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to needs as they arise.
- Supporting with evening and morning routines.
- Keeping accurate, clear records.
- Working closely with the day team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
