About The Role

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide person‑centred support to individuals with complex needs, including those with mental health diagnoses, neurodiversity, or trauma backgrounds.
  • Assist clients in developing independent living skills within accommodation settings or their own homes, promoting dignity and social inclusion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement tailored care plans, monitor progress, and manage risks effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and health and safety standards.
  • Engage with clients compassionately, fostering trust and encouraging positive outcomes.

Essential Skills

  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond to changing needs.
