What You Will Be Doing
- Provide person‑centred support to individuals with complex needs, including those with mental health diagnoses, neurodiversity, or trauma backgrounds.
- Assist clients in developing independent living skills within accommodation settings or their own homes, promoting dignity and social inclusion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement tailored care plans, monitor progress, and manage risks effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and health and safety standards.
- Engage with clients compassionately, fostering trust and encouraging positive outcomes.
