VENTURE-PEOPLE LIMITED in Brighton is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to join our DORS Team.

You will work within a multi‑disciplinary group to support individuals in the first six weeks post‑discharge and help prevent hospital readmission.

Car owners/drivers are essential due to travel across West Sussex; travel will be reimbursed excluding your commute.

Hours are usually Monday to Friday with some weekend flexibility.
