General Description Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver HSE training sessions, inductions, and toolbox talks.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify training needs through risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Update training materials in line with legal and procedural changes.
- Support HSE awareness campaigns and behavioral safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Required experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Certified HES Trainer or equivalent (OSHA preferred).
- Experience in HSE training or a similar role.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local HSE regulations and industry best practices.
