Responsibilities
- Accurately setting out and surveying construction sites in accordance with project specifications.
- Interpreting and working from technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Liaising with site managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of site activities and progress.
- Identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the project.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer in the construction or civil engineering industry.
- A relevant degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A valid CSCS card and other relevant certifications (preferred).

- Conducting site surveys and setting out works in line with project requirements.
- Collaborating with site teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Preparing and maintaining detailed site records and reports.
