Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced 360 Machine Driver to join our team in Luton. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS or NPORS certification and have a proven track record of operating 360 excavators efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Operate 360-degree excavators to carry out a variety of tasks, including digging, trenching, grading, and loading materials.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the machine to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth site operations.
- Report any issues or malfunctions with the equipment promptly to the site manager.
Qualifications
- Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for 360 excavator operation.
- Proven experience operating 360 machines in a construction or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Day-to-Day
- Begin each day with a safety briefing and equipment inspection.
