Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IPAF with CCDO or CSCS Demo Operative to join our team for a 2-week project in Hayes. This role involves strip-out works and requires the use of specific tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have the necessary certifications, experience in demolition or construction, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform strip-out works as part of the demolition project.
• Operate tools such as reciprocating saws and other necessary equipment.
• Safely and efficiently use IPAF machinery as required.
• Ensure the worksite is clean and free of debris by clearing away rubbish after tasks are completed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including asbestos awareness protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Valid CCDO Green Card or CSCS Card (mandatory).
• IPAF certification (mandatory).
• Asbestos Awareness certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in demolition or construction work.
• Ability to safely and effectively use tools such as reciprocating saws.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices on-site.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Day-to-Day

• Begin each day with a safety briefing and review of the day’s tasks.
• Use IPAF machinery to access specific areas for strip-out works.
• Operate tools like reciprocating saws to carry out demolition tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite by disposing of rubbish and debris.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
