We are one of Europe’s best-performing emerging venture capital funds, backing AI-first software companies solving global challenges in security, financial services, knowledge access and climate. Founded in 2023, we have built a high-conviction, 10-company portfolio in the EU and US with best-in-class performance for its vintage.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to join our London office to provide dedicated support to the founding partners and operational support to the Head of Operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of one of Europe’s most exciting emerging funds: you will be the organisational backbone behind the fund’s continued success. This role is ideal for someone who has thrived in a high-stakes EA or equivalent role within the world of investment banking, financial services or private equity / venture capital funds. You will need to be proactive, discreet, and exceptionally organised, with the confidence to manage competing priorities across multiple senior stakeholders. We welcome applicants earlier in their career able to demonstrate a very high ceiling and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Inbox and Diary Management: Triage and prioritise incoming Partner email and LinkedIn messages, including drafting responses to high-importance stakeholders. Manage complex, fast-moving calendars while acting as a gatekeeper to filter requests and protect Partners’ time.
  • Travel: Plan and manage international investor roadshows. Arrange domestic and international travel end-to-end, overseeing accurate itineraries and managing last-minute changes.
  • Investor Relations Support: Work closely with the fund’s IR team to support Partner activity, communicating with LPs and managing related scheduling, debriefs, and follow-ups.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal and external events, such as founder dinners, LP receptions and team offsites. Manage guest lists, RSVPs, venue logistics, and supplier communications, including all pre and post-event administration including follow-up coordination.
  • Expense Management: Submit and track Partner expense reports. Oversee team-wide expenses process, liaising with the fund’s accountants to resolve any issues.
  • Other Operational Support: Act as de-facto office manager for a 12-person managed office in Belgravia, being the go-to person for logistics, supplies, and operational queries. Oversee onboarding of new team members working with the Head of Operations. Work with our remote IT manager to support ‘on-the-ground’ IT queries and issues. Support other ad-hoc operational initiatives, particularly taking initiative when gaps emerge and proactively generating solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years’ experience as an EA or equivalent role within investment banking, financial services or private equity / venture capital.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and communication / EQ.
  • Confident with Microsoft ecosystem and a keen interest in AI automation.
  • Comfortable managing up and working with senior stakeholders with confidence and discretion.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Genuine motivation to be part of one of Europe’s most exciting and best-performing emerging venture capital funds.

Other Info

Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience, up to £70,000 p/a. We are an office-first workplace; most of the team work from the office Monday to Friday and are remote by exception only.
