We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to join our London office to provide:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel end-to-end, overseeing accurate itineraries and managing last-minute changes.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, such as founder dinners, LP receptions and team offsites.
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, venue logistics, and supplier communications, including all pre and post-event administration including follow-up coordination.
  • Act as de-facto office manager for a 12-person managed office in Belgravia, being the go-to person for logistics, supplies, and operational queries.
  • Support other ad-hoc operational initiatives, particularly taking initiative when gaps emerge and proactively generating solutions.

At least 5 years’ experience as an EA or equivalent role within investment banking, financial services or private equity / venture capital.

Confident with Microsoft ecosystem and a keen interest in AI automation.

Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience, up to £70,000 p/a.

We are an office-first workplace; most of the team work from the office Monday to Friday and are remote by exception only.
