Global Founders Capital (GFC) is seeking a full-time Intern for a 6‑month period supporting the London team, with a possibility to transition to a full‑time role upon completion.
Responsibilities
- Search for and propose new investment targets via data‑driven channels
- Deal screening: call and/or meet with prospects, evaluate opportunities
- Conduct analysis on company materials
- Perform industry landscape evaluations
- Conduct market sizing and competitor research
- Build financial models to stress‑test unit economics
Qualifications
- EU citizenship / Right to work in the UK
- Outstanding degree from a top university (current studies or completed)
- Proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
- Entrepreneurial mind‑set with keen interest in start‑ups and technology
- Previous internship experience at a start‑up, top‑tier consulting firm, data‑science company, investment banking or venture capital firm (preferred)
- Independent, structured, goal‑oriented work style
- High comfort with analytics and numbers, able to draw decisions from intuition and data
- Team‑oriented and ambitious
- Computer programming skills (Python, Java) are a plus
