About the Role

Venture Café London is seeking proactive and enthusiastic Volunteer Event & Community Ambassadors to support our weekly Thursday Gatherings in King\'s Cross (Central London). These events bring together entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers to exchange ideas, collaborate, and drive positive impact in London’s innovation ecosystem.

This is an ideal opportunity for students, early-career professionals, startup founders, or anyone passionate about innovation, startups, and community building.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Registration & Orientation – Welcome attendees, assist with check-in, and help first-timers navigate the space.
  • Event Logistics Support – Assist with setup, signage, panel moderation, and room coordination.
  • Community Engagement – Facilitate networking, connect attendees, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Brand Representation – Serve as a representative of Venture Café’s mission and values online.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English
