Now, we’re on the hunt for a Creative Strategist with Social Media Copywriting experience to help us craft high-converting eCommerce ad creatives that drive serious results.

What You’ll Do

• Creative Strategy & Execution – Develop scroll-stopping ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that drive sales, conversions, and ROAS.
• Copywriting & Messaging – Craft high-impact hooks and persuasive ad copy that speaks directly to the target audience’s needs and desires.
• Ad Research & Competitor Analysis – Stay ahead of the game by analyzing top-performing eCommerce ads and spotting trends that make people click and buy.
• Creative Performance Optimization – Track ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA etc.) and continuously refine creatives for better results.
• UGC & Video Ad Strategy – Conceptualize and direct UGC-style ad creatives, influencer content, and motion graphics that convert like crazy.
• Collaboration & Execution – Work side-by-side with our media buyers, editors, and content creators to launch winning ad campaigns for eCommerce brands.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in direct-response advertising for eCommerce brands
• Deep understanding of ad psychology, persuasion, and conversion tactics
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ad creatives
• Ability to analyze competitors’ ads and extract winning insights
• Experience in UGC content direction, video scripting, or motion graphics
• Data-driven mindset—comfortable interpreting ad metrics to refine creative strategy
• Passion for eCommerce, social media trends, and rapid creative experimentation
