Part‑time Staff Nurse or ODP position in the Podiatric Surgery Department at Belmont, Hereford. Person Specification

Essential

• Registered Nurse (RGN level 1) or Registered ODP (HCPC).
• Evidence of continual professional development, including a portfolio.
• Good communication skills and IT proficiency.
• Time management and willingness to acquire theatre skills.
• Evidence‑based practice and a commitment to service improvement.

Desirable

• Teaching experience in a clinical setting.
• Previous outpatient clinic experience.
• Previous pre‑operative assessment experience.
• Competence across surgical, anaesthetic, or post‑anaesthesia skills.

Additional Requirements

• Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 compliance: Disclosure and Barring Service check.
• Current UK professional registration.
