Are you ready to lead the charge into new markets and make a real impact on our growth journey?
We\’re looking for someone to lead Ventura\’s expansion into new markets. This is a key leadership role with real impact: you\’ll work closely with our marketing team to shape and execute strategies that bring Ventura to new audiences.
If you\’re hands-on, entrepreneurial, and know how group travel works in your region, we want to hear from you.
On daily basis you will
- Lead the launch and growth of Ventura in new source markets
- Work side by side with marketing to adapt and implement campaigns that work
- Take ownership of big goals — but also help with small tasks when needed
- Bring in your knowledge of group travel customers and buying behavior
- Learn new tools and systems quickly (CRM, analytics, etc.)
- Adapt your way of working to match how Ventura operates: fast, lean, direct
- Make sure everything you do drives results and real growth

- Strong understanding of the group travel industry in your region
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes
- Clear, direct communication style
- Experience working independently and owning outcomes
- A proactive, curious mindset — you look for opportunities and act on them
- Willingness to get your hands dirty in the early phases
- You enjoy working with people and contribute to a positive team culture
