Are you ready to lead Ventura's entry into the UK and make a real impact on our growth journey? We're looking for someone to take full ownership of Ventura's UK launch. This is a key leadership role: you'll work closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to shape and execute strategies that bring our award‐winning small‐group travel brands to British travelers.
If you're hands‐on, entrepreneurial, and know how group travel works in the UK market, we want to hear from you.
On a daily basis you will:
- Lead the launch and growth of Ventura in the UK market.
- Adapt our brands (e.g. Viventura, Puraventura, Japaventura) to resonate with UK travelers.
- Work side‐by‐side with marketing to create and run campaigns that deliver bookings.
- Build and manage relationships with UK travel trade, media, and influencers.
- Take ownership of big goals — but also roll up your sleeves for small, early‐stage tasks.
- Bring in your knowledge of UK group travel customers and buying behavior.
- Learn new tools and systems quickly (CRM, analytics, etc.).
The basics you bring along:
- Strong understanding of the UK group travel industry.
- Experience launching, growing, or significantly scaling a travel product or brand.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Experience working independently and owning outcomes.
- A proactive, curious mindset — you look for opportunities and act on them.
- Willingness to get your hands dirty in the early phases.
- A team‐oriented approach and positive energy.
You can impress us even more with:
- Familiarity with travel marketing campaigns and tools like HubSpot.
- Experience launching or growing a business in the UK market.
What we promise you:
- Getting all needed financial investments to grow your new market.
- Participation in the overall profit of all of our brands, such as all of our employees.
- The freedom to develop and execute your own ideas, with the support you deserve.
- Possibility to learn & grow with us – we believe in constant development.
- No boredom: exciting challenges, each day will be different.
- Open, transparent culture with direct access to the CEO and all company data.
- Option to work from our Berlin office, your UK base, or fully remote (also opportunities to visit our other offices in Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia).
- Yearly 2-week-offsite (past trips: South Africa, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica).
- Motivated and professional co-workers from all around the world, who want to grow just like you.
- We take our core values seriously — including quarterly Fun Days, Fair Days, and Focus Days.
If you're excited by this role, meet our requirements, and share our values, we'd love to hear from you. Please send us your application in English.
