Are you ready to lead Ventura’s entry into the UK and make a real impact on our growth journey?
We\’re looking for someone to take full ownership of Ventura\’s UK launch. This is a key leadership role: you’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to shape and execute strategies that bring our award‑winning small‑group travel brands to British travelers.

On daily basis you will
- Lead the launch and growth of Ventura in the UK market.
- Adapt our brands (e.g. Viventura, Puraventura, Japaventura) to resonate with UK travelers.
- Work side‑by‑side with marketing to create and run campaigns that deliver bookings.
- Build and manage relationships with UK travel trade, media, and influencers.
- Take ownership of big goals — but also roll up your sleeves for small, early‑stage tasks.
- Bring in your knowledge of UK group travel customers and buying behavior.
- Learn new tools and systems quickly (CRM, analytics, etc.)

- Experience launching, growing, or significantly scaling a travel product or brand.
