Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic Online Estate Agency, is currently seeking a Trainee Estate Agent to join their new city-based property sales offices. About the Role

This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a successful and motivated team of Estate Agents working together to drive the company\’s rapid expansion. Full on-the-job training will be provided, and based on performance, there will be the opportunity to gain associated credentials.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with property enquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Learning how to manage property listings, viewings, and negotiations
• Supporting senior agents with sales processes and client interactions
• Developing a strong understanding of the property market and sales techniques

Salary & Benefits

• Trainee Period (First 3 Months): Basic salary of £24,000 – £28,000
• Post-Trainee Period: Salary increase to up to £35,000, plus commission
