Global online retailer client now requires a VP of Product & Quality to build, enhance and execute the product strategy for their own brand products.
You will own and refine all processes for our client’s own brand products, ensuring product and quality accelerate alongside business growth.
The role:
- Manage and evolve Product and Quality teams.
- Lead global product management ensuring a strong ROI on all products.
- Work with cross functional teams to build roadmaps and remove impediments to ensure improvement of quality.
- Analyse and leverage data to identify growth opportunities and commercial improvements.
- Manage internal and external relationships on a global basis.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in product, category management, supplier management and quality or compliance.
- Deep understanding of commercials, analysing data to make complex decisions and a strong mathematics skillset.
- Experience of growing new product lines on a large scale (Circa 2,000-10,000 per annum).
- Strong experience in operations and change with the ability to construct a strategy and ensure positive change.
- Strong understanding of profit & loss ensuring product strategy aligns with business requirements.
- Strong supplier/stakeholder management skills with proven experience building trusting/long lasting relationships.
This is a permanent position which provides a base salary of £160,000 + excellent benefits package.
In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 1-2 days per week in their London office and occasional travel to alternative sites.
