Key Responsibilities:
- Work with in-house and outsourced teams to create and maintain systems.
- Improve end to end functionality by reviewing current processes and advising on future IT systems and components.
- Implement solutions to ensure client service systems interact effectively.
- Troubleshoot key issues.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure technical solutions are implemented securely and effectively.
