Job Description
UX/UI Designer — Voice AI Product – Central London – Hybrid (2 Days per week Onsite) – £100,000pa
Newly launched ambitious joint venture now seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, engaging user experiences for their next-generation AI-powered dialer and virtual assistant.
You'll be working alongside product managers, engineers, and AI specialists, owning the design process end-to-end: from research and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes.
What you’ll do:
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interfaces for mobile apps powered by voice AI.
- Develop clear onboarding, consent, and privacy flows for features like voice cloning.
- Create multimodal interfaces that work across voice, text, and visuals.
- Own the design system and ensure consistency across the product.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate your designs.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to bring your designs to life accurately.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for consumer mobile apps (iOS & Android).
- Proven experience designing Voice and Conversational AI-powered products
- Previously with large-language models
- Strong background working in hyperscale environments or leading telco clients
- Portfolio showing intuitive, polished interface design and clear design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience designing for complex AI or conversational interfaces.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
- Previous global experience
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
