We are looking for an experienced
Transformation Portfolio Director to lead a complex, enterprise-wide Finance Transformation portfolio, working closely with Executive leadership to drive strategic change across a global business.
This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering transformation initiatives that will improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance and support continued business growth.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will
- Lead the organisation's global Finance Transformation programme.
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives across Finance and Operations.
- Chair and lead the Global Capability Centre (GCC) governance board, ensuring effective prioritisation and delivery.
- Develop and implement transformation roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
- Drive operating model improvements, automation and process optimisation.
- Establish programme governance, reporting, risk management and benefits tracking.
- Build strong relationships with Executive stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Operations.
- Lead senior programme managers and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Ensure successful adoption of change across international business functions.
About You
- We're looking for an experienced transformation leader who can demonstrate:
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Operational Transformation.
- Experience working within complex, multi-site or international organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Executive and Board level.
- Strong programme governance and portfolio management experience.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery.
Experience of Global Capability Centres, Shared Services or large-scale operating model transformation would be highly advantageous.
