Global entertainment & hospitality provider now requires a Technical Lead - Cloud to define and drive their cloud and infrastructure strategy. This role will design a new cloud architecture strategy, moving our clients on-prem infrastructure to an Azure cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver cloud and infrastructure strategy, architecture, and engineering standards.
- Design scalable, secure cloud solutions and lead cloud migration initiatives.
- Establish governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g. IAM, encryption, risk management).
- Drive adoption of cloud-first and serverless approaches using modern PaaS and DevOps tooling.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimise performance, cost, and innovation.
- Own and maintain the cloud and network technology roadmap.
Experience Required
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in large-scale environments.
- Proven experience leading cloud transformation and migration programmes.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery frameworks.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
This is a permanent opportunity which provides a base salary of up to Β£90,000 + bonus + car allowance and package. In terms of working structure, this role requires 4 days per week in West London and 1 day remote. Wonderful opportunity to work for one of the UKβs leading entertainment and hospitality companies.
