We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded National Facilities Manager to lead Facilities Management across our retail client’s UK & Ireland portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for asset performance, compliance, supplier management, operational excellence and team development across a large, multi-site estate.

As National Facilities Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership for the Facilities Management function, ensuring branches and support locations remain safe, compliant, efficient and welcoming for both customers and colleagues. We're looking for someone with the ability to influence at all levels and drive performance across a complex multi-site environment.

Essential Experience
  • Significant senior-level Facilities Management experience within a large multi-site operation.
  • Extensive experience managing outsourced FM providers and complex supplier contracts.
  • Strong track record of managing multi-million-pound CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
  • Deep understanding of UK & Ireland health, safety and building compliance legislation.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • IWFM Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience).
