Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Understand business processes, challenges and strategic objectives.
- Design and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Develop technology roadmaps, business cases and investment plans.
- Lead technology‑enabled change and transformation initiatives.
- Support implementation and adoption of Microsoft technologies, business applications and AI tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, digital solutions and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
- Champion the safe and effective use of AI across the organization.
- Support development of digital strategy and future technology direction.
Qualifications
- Experience working in technology leadership, business systems or digital transformation roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience with Power Platform, Business Central, Dynamics or similar business applications.
- Ability to assess business requirements and design practical technology solutions.
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and supporting digital strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering technology change and transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of IT service delivery, governance and cyber security.
Desirable
- Experience introducing or implementing AI solutions within a business environment.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, generative AI tools, AI‑powered automation or AI governance.
- Experience identifying AI use cases, running pilots and supporting organization‑wide adoption.
- Knowledge of master data management, CMS platforms or project management systems.
