We are supporting a major UK high street retailer in the search for an experienced Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a fast-paced Technology & Change function within a large-scale Retail Management & Change (RMC) portfolio.
This role sits within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and will play a key part in supporting portfolio planning, governance, operating model alignment, and continuous improvement activity across a complex change environment. The successful consultant will combine strong business analysis capability with delivery and operational change experience, bringing a pragmatic, process-improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge legacy ways of working constructively.
Key Skills:- Proven experience operating in a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Management role
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working within PMO, portfolio, or enterprise change environments
- Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational improvement capability
- Experience supporting Agile delivery and ceremonies
- Ability to work independently and influence in complex environments
