£800-£900 per day - Outside IR35 - Hybrid

We are supporting a leading international insurance group looking for an experienced BPO & Programme Manager to help accelerate its operational transformation agenda. The role will focus on building and delivering a pipeline of BPO, offshoring and automation opportunities across the Group, working closely with business leaders, outsourcing partners and the AI & Data team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, shape and deliver BPO, offshoring and automation opportunities
  • Build business cases and prioritise the transformation pipeline
  • Lead initiatives from assessment through transition and implementation
  • Work with BPO/offshore partners to expand and optimise services
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven opportunities into operational processes
  • Develop future-state processes and Target Operating Models
  • Track benefits, cost savings and delivery outcomes

We are looking for someone with strong experience in BPO Programme Management covering BPO/offshoring, automation, process optimisation and programme delivery. Experience within insurance or financial services would be highly advantageous. This is a hands-on transformation role for someone who can identify the opportunity, shape the solution and drive it through to delivery.
