We’re currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a fast-paced digital transformation programme on an initial 3‑month contract. This role is ideal for a BA with strong ServiceNow platform experience, particularly within Case Management, who can confidently bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements relating to ServiceNow Case Management implementations and enhancements. You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects
- Support configuration and optimisation of Case Management modules
- Manage backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Assist with UAT planning and execution
- Ensure solutions align with wider platform strategy and governance
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow projects
- Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Case Management
- Experience working on platform enhancements or implementations
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment
- Strong documentation and Agile delivery experience
- Experience across additional ServiceNow modules
- Previous public sector or enterprise‑scale project exposure
