High-growth global Fin Tech payments scale-up now requires senior delivery professional to drive integrated delivery execution across a complex, multi-stream programme spanning vendor integrations, API delivery, and client onboarding.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on complexity, loves bringing order to multi-workstream chaos, and has strong payments platform transformation experience.

The role

  • Coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent transformation projects ensuring timelines, dependencies, and milestones are aligned.
  • Manage vendor integrations, onboarding, certification, and readiness across third-party partners.
  • Support API & platform integration delivery collaborating with cross functional teams (Architecture, engineering etc.)
  • Lead client onboarding coordination, from planning through to go-live.

Key Requirements

  • Strong project/programme management experience in payments, banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record delivering complex payments platform transformation or migration programmes.
  • Familiarity with vendor integration, API delivery, or client onboarding in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of card payments, real-time payments, account-to-account payments, payment scheme certification, or testing/operational readiness.

This is a permanent opportunity which provides a competitive salary plus comprehensive benefits package.

In terms of working structure, this role is hybrid with 1-2 days per week in our clients Central London office and the rest remote.
