The predicted salary is between 43200 - 62400 £ per year.

Leading Ecommerce client now requires a Scrum Master to lead their overall Agile development process. This Scrum Master will coach the wider team on Agile Principles, values and processes ensuring the implementation of scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews.

The role:

  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team, stakeholders, and the wider business, identifying and removing impediments.
  • Educate and train team members on agile principles, practices, and frameworks, driving the adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • Empower our clients’ teams, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Assess the Agile maturity level of the team and work with them to ensure improvement in a suitable and sustainable manner.
  • Cooperate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment in terms of delivery and business value.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, supporting multiple teams.
  • A focus on team maturity, self-management, team health-checks and workshops.
  • Strong Agile knowledge with an in-depth understanding of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict, negotiate and translate technical and non-technical requirements.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to embrace Agile principles and practices.
  • The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and requirements.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and improvement, finding ways to enhance Agile principles.

This is a 6-month contract role which provides a daily rate of £520 (Outside IR35). In terms of office location, this role is based out of Central London with one day per week in office and the rest remote.
