Leading eCommerce client now requires an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce platform within a fast-paced customer operations environment. This role will be responsible for Salesforce configuration, user support, reporting, integrations, release management, and driving continuous improvements across customer service and contact centre operations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ Salesforce Administration experience
  • Experience with workflows, validation rules, custom objects & integrations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components is advantageous.

This is an initial 6-month contract role which provides a daily rate of £310 (Outside IR35). In terms of working structure, this role is hybrid with 2 days per week in their London office and the rest remote.
