Project Support Officer
Location

A Project Support Officer is required to join a major programme within the UK utilities sector.
This is an initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering the opportunity to work on a long-term programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project support across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, RAID logs and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, actions and governance activities.
- Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support Project Managers with planning, reporting and project administration.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure projects remain on track.
- Required Experience
- Previous experience as a Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar.
- Experience working within the water, utilities, energy or infrastructure sectors is essential.
- Strong understanding of project governance and project lifecycles.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project or Share Point.
