PMO - Planview
Rate: £400-£425 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Reading - 3 days per week onsite
Contract: Initial 3 months, rolling contract
We're recruiting for a PMO Analyst with hands-on Planview experience to support a leading utilities organisation.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration and support of Planview, ensuring the platform meets the needs of project teams and the wider PMO.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing user accounts, access permissions and system settings.
- Configuring and maintaining workflows, fields, screens and approval processes.
- Providing user support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Maintaining data quality and supporting reporting and dashboards.
- Testing system changes, enhancements and upgrades.
- Working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve how the platform is used.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience administering and configuring Planview .
- Strong application support and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience managing user permissions, workflows and system configuration.
- An understanding of project and portfolio management processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support technical and non-technical users.
