Programme Manager – Hospitality / Restaurants – London (Hybrid) Leading hospitality client now requires an experienced Contract Programme Manager to support a portfolio of high-impact technology initiatives across their restaurants. In this role, you will lead an array of technology projects that directly impact restaurants, teams and guests — including payroll implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and new digital platforms. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, technology partners, and senior leaders to ensure successful delivery aligned to global change frameworks. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver a portfolio of technology projects across the restaurant portfolio Build and manage project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and dependencies Act as the key link between major stakeholders Manage risks, issues and governance, providing clear senior-level reporting Coordinate third‑party partners to ensure smooth delivery and integration About You Proven senior‑level Project Manager with experience delivering multiple complex projects Strong background in a hospitality/restaurant environment Confident working with business systems and technology platforms Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experienced with formal project delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM) Proactive, structured and positive about change This is an initial 3‑month contract opportunity which provides a daily rate of £600 (Outside IR35).
