Leading hospitality client now requires an experienced Contract Programme Manager to support a portfolio of high-impact technology initiatives across their restaurants. In this role, you will lead an array of technology projects that directly impact restaurants, teams and guests — including payroll implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and new digital platforms. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, technology partners, and senior leaders to ensure successful delivery aligned to global change frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver a portfolio of technology projects across the restaurant portfolio
  • Build and manage project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and dependencies
  • Act as the key link between major stakeholders
  • Manage risks, issues and governance, providing clear senior-level reporting
  • Coordinate third‑party partners to ensure smooth delivery and integration

About You

  • Proven senior‑level Project Manager with experience delivering multiple complex projects
  • Strong background in a hospitality/restaurant environment
  • Confident working with business systems and technology platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experienced with formal project delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM)
  • Proactive, structured and positive about change

This is an initial 3‑month contract opportunity which provides a daily rate of £600 (Outside IR35). Working structure: hybrid with 3 days per week in a Central London office and the rest remote. Location: London, England, United Kingdom.
