Product Design Lead - UX/UI London/Hybrid (3 Days Onsite/2 Days WFH) £80,000 - £85,000 A leading international telecoms organisation is looking for a Product Design Lead to help shape its digital customer experience across five European markets.
This is a hands-on Product Design role with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
You'll lead UX/UI initiatives while working closely with Product, Technology and local market teams to ensure a consistent approach across the business.
Key
Responsibilities: Lead Product Design projects from UX flows through to high-fidelity UI.
Work with Product and Engineering teams to take designs through to delivery.
Align five international markets around common UX principles, brand guidelines and design standards.
Manage senior stakeholders and navigate differing priorities across market teams.
Use research, data and A/B testing to improve customer journeys and conversion.
Mentor designers and provide design direction across the business.
Maintain high standards across usability, UI and overall design quality.
