Process Mapping Expert – ERP – 6 Months – Macclesfield – £500p/d (Outside of IR35) Leading Pharmaceutical Client now require a Process Mapping Expert on an initial six-month contract to support their global ERP Transformation Programme The Process Mapping Expert will be responsible for ensuring the business processes on major projects including SAP S4HANA are designed and implemented successfully. The Process Mapping Expert will have the following key responsibilities: Conduct process mapping workshops and deliver training to teams. Develop and govern process standards, aligning people, processes, data, and technology. Optimise and monitor BPM tools, ensuring continuous process improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts and drive seamless implementation. The ideal Process Mapping Expert will have the following skills/experiences: Strong experience in process mapping and BPM tools. Confident workshop facilitator with proven training experience. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems (advantageous). Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.# The Process Mapping Expert will be expected to be onsite at their office in either Luton or Macclesfield 5 days per week.
