Leading multi-store retailer is seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager to support key pricing, customer insight and commercial analytics initiatives across multiple territories. This role is hands-on, focusing on pricing optimisation, customer behaviour analytics and delivering actionable commercial insight in a complex, data-rich environment.

Key experience required:

  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality or retail (strong B2C focus)
  • Hands-on approach, comfortable working within ERP and pricing tools
  • Python (nice to have)

Key projects:

  • Evaluation of B2B partner programmes and subscription schemes using customer cohorts, incrementality and profitability metrics
  • Delivery of site reporting dashboards across all territories (Power BI, data pipelines and data modelling)
  • Advising territories on optimal site pricing, integrating multiple data sources, customer sentiment and commercial judgement
  • Supporting personalised offers, segmentation and PCA frameworks, including campaign and dashboard development
