We’re working with a fast-growing organisation in the insurance sector to appoint a Transformation Portfolio Director for an initial 18-month contract. This is a senior, highly visible role with responsibility for bringing together a significant portfolio of transformation programmes across the Group and ensuring they are prioritised, sequenced and governed effectively.
You’ll work closely with the executive leadership team to create a clear, integrated view of change across the organisation – understanding dependencies between programmes, challenging priorities and ensuring investment is focused on the initiatives that will deliver the greatest value.
A key part of the role will be chairing the Change Board, providing the governance through which business units bring forward transformation initiatives and investment cases for budget approval. The portfolio is broad and will span areas including Finance, Operations, Technology, AI.
