Leading eCommerce client now requires a HR Business Process Manager to support the process design and implementation phases of their new HR technology system. This role will focus on re-engineering the link between HR and their Systems Integration team, ensuring a seamless integration of their new HR technology.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience re-engineering and process designing/mapping HR systems.
- Oracle HCM experience, ideally Oracle Fusion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage an array of stakeholders.
- Experience managing the design and implementation phase of HR systems.
This is an initial 6-month contract role which provides a daily rate of £600 (Outside IR35). In terms of working structure, this role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in our clients London office and the rest remote.
