Our cutting-edge aviation SaaS provider is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis and play a key role within their Customer Success team, working at the intersection of aviation, customers and technology. As the business continues to grow rapidly, they are looking for a Business Analyst who can bring structure, insight and momentum to every customer engagement.

This is a customer-facing role focused on uncovering business, operational and regulatory needs, understanding customer objectives and helping shape the right solutions. You will build trusted relationships with aviation organisations and translate complex operational and compliance challenges into smart, scalable SaaS solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience
  • Experience within SaaS, software implementation or a technology-led environment (ideally)
  • Aviation industry experience or experience within a regulated environment
  • Strong process and systems thinking skills
  • Ability to map current and future states and translate requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
