High-growth global FinTech payments scale-up is looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in payments, card issuing, and transaction processing to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex product initiatives across multiple international markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for a core payments domain.
- Lead product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of scalable payment solutions.
- Define and manage 12-month product roadmaps aligned to customer needs and commercial objectives.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact products.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and customer understanding through to technical delivery and launch.
- Navigate card scheme rules, regulatory requirements, and multi-market operational complexities.
- Drive successful product launches, customer adoption, and commercial performance.
- Mentor Product Managers and help shape product management best practices across the organisation.
Key Requirements
- Strong Product Management experience within the payments or FinTech sector.
- Proven end-to-end product delivery experience, from defining product strategy and building roadmaps through to understanding customer needs and owning the full technical delivery lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with card issuing, transaction processing, prepaid products, or embedded finance.
- Deep understanding of Visa and Mastercard ecosystems, including authorisation flows, settlement, and interchange.
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
- Experience operating within regulated environments across the UK, Europe, the US, or Australia.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver within complex product environments.
Package & Working Arrangement
Permanent opportunity offering a base salary of up to £90,000 plus 10% bonus and benefits package. Hybrid working model with 1–2 days per week in the client’s Central London office, with the remainder remote.
