A UK-leading retail client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of their offer allocation and personalisation capabilities. This is a pivotal role within the Digital & Data team, focused on delivering high-impact, data-driven customer experiences through intelligent targeting, personalised offers, and loyalty innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of offer allocation and personalisation capabilities.
  • Drive data-driven customer experiences through intelligent targeting, personalised offers, and loyalty innovations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven track record working with data science or machine learning products
  • Strong background in retail environments
  • Experience in loyalty or personalisation (e.g. offer personalisation, product recommendations, or content targeting)
  • Salesforce Loyalty experience is a strong plus

Location: Paddington - Hybrid working (2-3 days onsite)
