A leading transformation consultancy is seeking a Consultant to join its Strategic Programme Management practice in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business and technology transformation programmes, supporting clients from strategy through to delivery.

The Role

  • Support the delivery of transformation, change, and project initiatives
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful programme outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Produce high-quality presentations, reports, and project documentation
  • Contribute to business development activities and proposal creation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve business challenges

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience within Project Management, PMO, Change, or Management Consulting
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • Experience working across multiple projects and business functions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
