A leading management consultancy is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Strategic Programme Management practice. This role will suit an experienced consultant or project professional with a strong track record of delivering transformation programmes and managing senior stakeholder relationships. Working across a diverse portfolio of clients, you will play a key role in delivering complex business and technology change initiatives, helping organisations translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of project and programme management engagements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and executive-level discussions
  • Develop high-quality client deliverables, presentations, and recommendations
  • Support business development activities and contribute to proposal development
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term client value
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability development

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience within Management Consulting, Advisory, Professional Services, or a comparable transformation environment
  • Experience working on digital, technology, or large-scale business transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify new opportunities within client accounts
  • Degree educated; relevant certifications are advantageous
