Leading change and transformation consultancy now requires a manager level Consultant to contribute towards the growth and development of their Energy & Utilities business unit. This Manager will develop and lead strategic people, process and technology transformation projects that deliver value for existing and new clients, contributing towards the growth of an established Energy & Utilities portfolio. You will build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and open the doors to growth opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven senior level management consulting/professional services experience working with Energy or Utilities clients.
- Transformation Programme delivery expertise - Business, technology, process, workforce, Digital etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to run engagements, manage teams and drive desired business outcomes through delivery.
- Strong client management skills with experience managing pipelines, bids and owning the end-to-end account management lifecycle.
- Business development experience is preferred. E.g. Proven experience growing a business unit/portfolio and expanding current client propositions.
This is a permanent opportunity which provides a base salary of up to £100,000 + excellent benefits package. In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in our clients Central London office or client site.
