A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Manager to join its growing Public Services Consulting team, delivering business and technology transformation across the housing sector. Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements across the housing sector, delivering strategic and operational transformation programmes.
- Advise clients on business strategy, organisational design, operational improvement, and change management.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including CRM and customer service technology implementations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development activities and help shape the growth of the Housing Consulting practice.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience within the housing sector, either in consulting or an in-house leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of social housing operations, including tenant services, repairs and maintenance, tenancy management, and the regulatory environment.
- Proven experience delivering transformation and operational improvement programmes.
- Experience in organisational design, change management, and digital transformation.
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (desirable).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading teams and developing colleagues.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and practice growth.
