Lead the QA function for a complex, multi-system restaurant technology environment. Define and implement a robust quality strategy that ensures the reliability, performance, and security of key systems — including POS, payments, reservations, and operational tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of QA strategy across all tech platforms.
- Own QA processes for Oracle Simphony and related hospitality systems.

- Coordinate UAT, manage defects, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
