Data Quality Manager required to join the Chief Data and Analytics Office and play a key role in delivering the organisation’s Data and Analytics Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing standards, frameworks, and approaches to improve and assure data quality across business stakeholders.
This role is critical in enabling value realisation from digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the organisation is well-positioned for future data-driven use cases within an evolving landscape. The position combines leadership, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and hands-on delivery responsibilities.
You will provide subject matter expertise in investigating and resolving data quality issues and incidents, while leading the design and implementation of frameworks, processes, and standards to strengthen data governance and data quality practices across the organisation.
Key Requirements- Proven experience implementing data governance and data quality initiatives
- Banking industry experience
- Hands-on experience in data quality management, including:
- Data profiling
- Data analysis
- Data cleansing
- Data enrichment
- Experience working with data management tools (e.g. Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud or similar)
- Solid understanding of enterprise data management challenges across both business and technology landscapes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Delivery-focused, with the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end
Duration: 6-month
Location: London, (hybrid, travel to office when required)
Day Rate: £425 p/d (Outside IR35)
